Kieser Training = gym?

One day my father, a good friend and colleague of his had also had scoliosis, and he would "Kieser Training" recommend to strengthen the muscles in the back. This would also walk upright.
So, head on down to Kieser Training studio in our neighborhood.
As we entered, I thought at first time, we had landed in a gym, and everywhere stood around equipment to which people trained. What struck me was not yet at least, were the many clocks that hung as many in the room.
I got a free towel with the logo on it given by the Kieser Training and then started the first three hours of training with the help and support. The staff were all very friendly and helpful thing I noticed already positive.
The procedure during training was this: look at his plan, to which machine you will first need (to train a total of 9-10 in one run), put towel to read the rest / seat, what you like, must cease (backrest, cushion, weight ...) and two minutes to train them. However, everything is tailored to you and you must perform the exercises very slowly. Then enter on the plan, whether you have made it over two minutes. If so, increase weight by two pounds, if not let weight, then go to the next device, etc.
This all makes it about twice a week. And, well, I must say: It is a good substitute for the sport, because I train even the leg and abdominal muscles (which is really exhausting,
I hate the Six-Pack device  -.-)..

I hope that Kieser Training helps me to strengthen my back very much!
