What's scoliosis?

Scoliosis (Ancient Greek: σκολιός, scoliosis "crooked") is a lateral curvature of the spine while rotating (twisting) of the vertebrae, which can be erected not more, using the muscles. The spine forms usually several mutually opposite arcs, which are offset to maintain the body balance (S-form). Scoliosis is present in all vertebrates including fishhappen - my star sign is Pisces ;).  
The scoliosis on humans was first described in ancient times by the Greek physician Hippocrates, and treats.

Again for those who have now not quite understand: My spine is crooked, and they must be straight again, so I have no pain afterwards.
